Welcome Reception – Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow
Kick off the conference with an evening of networking and refreshments at the stylish Radisson Blu Hotel from 7pm. Connect with fellow attendees in a relaxed atmosphere before the main event begins. Radisson Blu is centrally located near Central Station and close to top attractions, transport, shopping, and the OVO Hydro.

Join us for an elegant banquet at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow, featuring fine dining and an opportunity to engage with peers in a sophisticated setting overlooking the River Clyde. Crowne Plaza is next to the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC), close to the Glasgow Science Centre, Riverside Museum, and Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

Overlooking George Square, Glasgow City Chambers is one of the city’s most beautiful buildings Scotland has to offer. Step inside the stately structure, and you’ll realize the phrase more marble than the Vatican is no exaggeration. The Scottish building has even been used as a stand-in for the Vatican in films. The City Chambers also boast of Western Europe’s largest marble staircase.

Explore the Dockside Story, learn how single malt whisky is made and see every stage in the production of our unique malted barley spirit. The exact spirit that matures into Clydeside Single Malt Whisky.
Learn how oak casks influence the unique flavours of The Clydeside Distillery whisky by tasting three different wee drams and understand why single malt whisky is such a special and unique drink.
There are limited places for this social event on 19th (Saturday) and 24th (Thursday) of July 2025, exclusive to ICDCS delegates. Please, book your place on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
All delegates will meet in front of the distillery at the specified time and tour as a group.
