Social Events
Doctoral Consortium and Full Conference registrations include one ticket for the Conference Banquet at the Crowne Plaza in the evening of Tuesday 22nd July. If you would like to purchase any additional banquet tickets, for example if you would like to bring a partner or a spouse, you can purchase additional tickets. Moreover, Doctoral Consortium and Full Conference registrations include the Welcome Reception in Radisson Blu Hotel in the evening of Sunday 20th July, and Civic Reception at City Chambers in the evening of Wednesday 23rd July.
Workshop registrations include the Welcome Reception in Radisson Blu Hotel in the evening of Sunday 20th July, and Civic Reception at City Chambers in the evening of Wednesday 23rd July. Banquet tickets for the Conference Banquet at the Crowne Plaza in the evening of Tuesday 22nd are available to purchase in the registration site.

Registration Instructions
- Please use the following link to register for the conference: https://cvent.me/ZOvyZm
- All deadlines in Cvent are set to 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Zone the stated date.
- All rates listed are in USD $. Author and early bird registration deadlines are 23rd April 2025 and 5th June 2025, respectively.
- Authors of an accepted paper must finish the author registration for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Each accepted paper requires at least one author registration. If you have multiple accepted papers, each of them must be registered and paid.
- Cancellation policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to ieeecs-reg+ICDCS@computer.org by 30 June, 2025, 11:59 PM AoE. There will be an administrative fee of 50% for cancelled registrations. You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Author registrations are non-refundable.
- Please contact Conference Registration Services at ieeecs-reg+ICDCS@computer.org if you want to modify your registration types and pay the difference (e.g., conference registration to author registration) or request registration substitutions (e.g., update an existing registration with the new registrant’s name and email address).
