Camera-Ready Submission Process
The titles and authors of camera-ready papers must be identical to those submitted for peer review. Revised paper titles must seek the Program Chairs’ consent for main conference paper, and the General Co-Chairs’ consent for all the “In Conjunction Events” papers with proper justification. Deletion, addition or changing any author names or any order from any paper is not allowed. Failure to follow these requirements will result in the exclusion of the paper from the conference proceedings without a refund.
Authors should use the above camera-ready submission sites to upload their final papers and IEEE CopyRight by following the steps:
-
- Create an account and then login to your account for submission.
-
- Check the page limits per paper type as shown in the Table below.
-
- Check detailed requirements on “Formatting Your Paper” and “Paper Validation”, which are in the menu on the left of the page. You can verify/convert your paper using PDF eXpress kit (note: you will need to create an account before you can access this kit)
-
- Enter your paper details (e.g., Paper ID, Paper Title, Abstract), add all the authors, and upload your final paper PDF file.
-
- Complete your paper’s copyright form.
Authors of an accepted paper must finish the author registration for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Each accepted paper requires at least one author registration. If you have multiple accepted papers, each of them must be registered and paid.
